The Mainland of China : Notice of the Customs of the People's Republic of China Concerning the Abolishment of Three Material Consumption Rates for Processing Trade including "Material Consumption Rates for Processing Trade of Cotton and Polyester Blended Yarn"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 17 December 2020 to abolish three material consumption rates for processing trade including "Material Consumption Rates for Processing Trade of Cotton and Polyester Blended Yarn", which will take effect from 4 February 2021. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
