The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Amendment on Rules of Origin under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 25 October 2019 to promulgate the amended rules of origin under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 November 2019. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
