The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Decision on Amendments to 'Interim Measures on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas of Agricultural Products' (Draft for Consultation)"

The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on "Decision on Amendments to 'Interim Measures on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas of Agricultural Products' (Draft for Consultation)".  The deadline for submission of comments is 22 August 2019.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).  Interested parties may send their comments to the MoC (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
