The Mainland of China : "2018 Catalogue of Strictly Restricted Toxic Chemicals"

The Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 15 December 2017, announcing the "2018 Catalogue of Strictly Restricted Toxic Chemicals", which took effect on 1 January 2018.
