Commercial Information Circular No. 900/2017

The Mainland of China : Arrangements for Cancellation of Examination and Approval Requirements for Processing Trade Operation and Sales on Domestic Market of Products, Bonded Materials and Components Imported for Processing Trade

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China jointly issued a notice announcing the cancellation of examination and approval requirements for processing trade operation and the establishment of concurrent and ex-post supervision mechanism. It also covers the cancellation of examination and approval requirements relating to the sales on domestic market of products, bonded materials and components imported for processing trade. The notice took effect from 1 September 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
