The Mainland of China : Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyurethane (Spandex) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the Taiwan Province and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China announced on 12 October 2017 that the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyurethane (spandex) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the Taiwan Province and the United States would be terminated with effect from 13 October 2017.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.For details of the final ruling and the ruling of the final review of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC Nos. 407/2006 and 845/2012 dated 13 October 2006 and 17 October 2012 respectively.
