The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Decision of the China Food and Drug Administration on the Amendment of Certain Provisions (Consultation Draft)"

The China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) of the People's Republic of China is seeking comments from the public on the "Decision on the Amendment of Certain Provisions (Consultation Draft)".  The deadline for submission of comments is 29 October 2017.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).  Interested parties may send their comments to the CFDA (please refer to the Appendix for contact details).
