The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Tax Exemption for Import of Products by Science and Research Institutes, etc. for Use in Scientific Research, Technological Development and Education

Four governmental organisations including the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China jointly issued on 6 September 2017 a notice concerning the "Administrative Measures on Tax Exemption for Import of Products by Science and Research Institutes, Science and Research Institutes Underwent System Changes, Key National Laboratories, Key National Laboratories in Enterprises and National Research Centres in Engineering Technologies for Use in Scientific Research, Technological Development and Education", which took effect on 1 January 2016.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
