Commercial Information Circular No. 804/2017

The Mainland of China : "Classified Catalogue of Medical Devices" and Matters Relating to Implementation of "Classified Catalogue of Medical Devices"  

The China Food and Drug Administration of the People's Republic of China issued on 31 August 2017 an announcement concerning "Classified Catalogue of Medical Devices" and a notice concerning matters relating to implementation of "Classified Catalogue of Medical Devices", which will both take effect on 1 August 2018.  Please refer to Appendices I and II (pdf format) respectively for the announcement and notice (available in Chinese only).
