The Mainland of China : "Rules on Prohibited or Restricted Enterprise Names" and "Rules on Comparison of Identical or Similar Enterprise Names"

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 31 July 2017 to promulgate the "Rules on Prohibited or Restricted Enterprise Names" and the "Rules on Comparison of Identical or Similar Enterprise Names". Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the rules (available in Chinese only).
