Dongguan's Taskforce for Guiding the Exit of Enterprises with High Consumption of Energy, Heavy Pollution and Low Technology issued a notice on 12 June 2017 to promulgate the "Dongguan's 2017 Work Plan on Fully Regulating and Guiding the Exit of Enterprises with High Consumption of Energy, Heavy Pollution and Low Technology".
