The Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality issued a notice on 22 December 2016 to promulgate the revised "Administrative Measures on the Abnormal List of Commercial Subject Operation of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone", which took effect on 1 January 2017 for 5 years.
