The General Office of the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee of the Zhuhai Municipality of the People's Republic of China issued on 13 October 2017 a notice concerning the "Policies and Measures of the Hengqin New Area to Facilitate the Post-disaster Resumption of Production by Real Economy Enterprises", which took effect from the date of promulgation and is effective until 31 December 2018.
