Commercial Information Circular No. 1080/2017

The Mainland of China : "'1+1+10' Documents of the Systematic Industrial Policies" by the Nansha New District of Guangzhou (Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone)

The general office of the administrative committee of the economic and technological development zone of Nansha, Guangzhou and the general office of the People's Government of the Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (GZNSgov) of the People's Republic of China have recently jointly issued a notice concerning the "'1+1+10' Documents of the Systematic Industrial Policies" of the Nansha New District of Guangzhou (Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone) (in short, "Nansha New District (FTZ)"). The documents concerned include:

  • "Opinions of the Nansha New District (FTZ) on Building Up Major Industries and Promoting Systematic Industrial Policies, and Speeding Up the Development of Industries Hubs with a New High Level of Openness"
  • "Management Rules on the Funding Scheme for the Development of Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures of the Nansha New District (FTZ) for Supporting the Headquarters in Promoting Economic Development"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Technology and Innovation Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Construction Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Shipping and Logistics Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Financial Services Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Business and Trade Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Measures for Supporting and Promoting the Development of Modern Service Industries in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Certain Measures for Clustering Talents and Innovating the Development in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
  • "Opinions of the Nansha New District (FTZ) on Supporting the Land Use Management of New Industrial Parks"
  • "Measures on Special Rewards for Recommending Investment Projects in the Nansha New District (FTZ)"
