The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Matters Relating to the Value-added Tax Policy on Import of "Distiller's Grains With or Without Solubles (Dried)"

The Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China issued on 14 November 2017 a notice concerning matters relating to the value-added tax policy on import of "distiller's grains with or without solubles (dried)" (Mainland tariff code 2303‍3000).  The exemption of value-added tax for import of "distiller's grains with or without solubles (dried)" will take effect on 20 December 2017.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
