The Mainland of China : Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending Eleven Laws Including the "Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China"

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed and promulgated on 4 November 2017 the decision on amending eleven laws, which include the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Joint Ventures and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases.  The decision took effect from 5 November 2017.  Please refer to the Appendix 1 (pdf format) and Appendix 2 (pdf format) for the decision (available in Chinese only).
