The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Guangdong Province's Measures on Administration of Domestic Sales of Scraps Arising from Processing Trade through Online Transaction" (Draft for Ratification)

The Huangpu Customs issued a notice on 23 December 2016 to seek comments from the public on the "Guangdong Province's Measures on Administration of Domestic Sales of Scraps Arising from Processing Trade through Online Transaction" (Draft for Ratification).  The deadline is 10 days after the issuance of the notice.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
