The Mainland of China : Notice from the Ministry of Commerce Concerning Allocation of Quota for Exports of Flour and Related Products to Hong Kong and Macao in 2017

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MoC) issued a notice on 26 December 2016 announcing the names of enterprises and their respective allocation of quotas for exports of flour and related products to Hong Kong and Macao in 2017. According to the notice, the relevant quotas are for the exclusive use of exports to Hong Kong and Macao, and the enterprises concerned are not permitted to re-export the products subject to export quotas to other countries or regions by any means.
