The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning New and Amended Rules of Origin for Goods Entitled to Zero Tariff Preference Under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 8 December 2016 to promulgate the rules of origin for new items of goods entitled to zero tariff preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 January 2017, and make amendment to the rules of origin for two item of goods currently entitled to zero tariff preference under the CEPA. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
