The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Suggestions of Items for Legislation in 2017 by the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress

The Commission of Legislative Affairs (CLA) of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress (SCSZPC) issued a notice on 27 October 2016 to invite public suggestions of items for legislation in 2017. The deadline is 30 November 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may send their written suggestions to the CLA of the SCSZPC (Please refer to Appendix for contact details).
