The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (NDRC) is inviting public comments on the "Negative List for Internet Market Access (First Batch, Trial)" (Consultation Draft). The deadline is 4 November 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the consultation raft (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may send their comments to the General Office of the NDRC (please refer to the Appendix for details).
