The Mainland of China : Implementation Measures on "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Investigations and Checkups"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 26 September 2016 to promulgate the Implementation Measures on "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Investigations and Checkups", which will take effect from 1 November 2016.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
