The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Submission of Certificates for Imported Goods Transited through Hong Kong and Macao under Preferential Trade Agreements
The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued on 20 September 2016 a notice concerning submission of certificates for imported goods transited through Hong Kong and Macao under preferential trade agreements. Starting from 1 October 2016, the China Inspection (Hong Kong) Company Limited will issue the "Certificate of Non-manipulation" for goods transited through Hong Kong under free trade agreements signed by the Mainland as a proof of no processing activities undergone during their transhipment stay in Hong Kong and will cease the operation mode of affixing a non-manipulation visa to the certificate of origin.
