The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning the Issuance of Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 57 Items"

The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 25 July 2016 to approve the material consumption rate for processing trade on 57 items, which will take effect on 12 September 2016.
