The Mainland of China : "Interim Rules on Simplified Cancellation of Enterprise Registration in the Hengqin New Area"

The Administration for Industry and Commerce of Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai issued on 29 December 2015 the "Interim Rules on Simplified Cancellation of Enterprise Registration in the Hengqin New Area", which took effect on the date of promulgation until 31 December 2017. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the Interim Rules (available in Chinese only).
