The Mainland of China : "List of Minor Illegal Market Operation Activities Exempted from Punishment Arising from the Discrepancy of Markets between Hengqin and Hong Kong, and Macau (Industry and Commerce Administration Categories) (First Batch)"

The Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee issued on 4 January 2016 a notice concerning implementing the "List of Minor Illegal Market Operation Activities Exempted from Punishment Arising from the Discrepancy of Markets between Hengqin and Hong Kong, and Macau (Industryl and Commerce Administration Categories) (First Batch)" in the Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai of the Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone, which took effect on the date of promulgation.
