The Mainland of China : Notice of the General Office of the General Administration of Customs Concerning Issues on the Implementation of New Supervision Requirements for Cross-border Electronic Commerce Retail Imports

The General Office of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China issued on 24 May 2016 a notice concerning issues on the implementation of new supervision requirements for cross-border electronic commerce retail imports under which new supervision requirements for bonded commodities imported through online purchase mode and commodities imported through direct purchase mode would take effect during a transitional period to be ended on 11 May 2017. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
