The Mainland of China : "Notice on Abolishing Material Consumption Rates of the Customs Zone" of the Huangpu Customs, the Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Bureau of Commerce of Dongguan City

The Huangpu Customs, the Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Bureau of Commerce of Dongguan City promulgated on 10 March 2016 the notice on abolishing material consumption rates of the customs zone, which took effect from the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
