Commercial Information Circular No. 318/2016

The Mainland of China : Order No. 36 of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China

The National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China decided on 25 March 2016 to cease the implementation of clause 35 of the "Decision to Amend the Relevant Provisions of the 'Guiding Catalogue for the Adjustment in the Structure of Industries (2011 Version)' of the National Development and Reform Commission" related to the provision of eliminating gold electroplating technology using gold potassium cyanide and gold plating technology using gold potassium subcyanide by end-2014, which will take effect 30 days after its promulgation. The "Notice Concerning Deferring the Implementation of the Provision of Eliminating Gold Electroplating Technology Using Gold Potassium Cyanide and Gold Plating Technology Using Gold Potassium Subcyanide by End-2014 of the National Development and Reform Commission" will be abolished simultaneously. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the decision (available in Chinese only).
