The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Continued Implementation of Preferential Policy on Land Use Tax in Cities and Towns for Logistics Enterprises Storing Commodities in Large Storage Facilities

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 31 August 2015 a notice concerning the continued implementation of preferential policy on land use tax in cities and towns for logistics enterprises storing commodities in large storage facilities, which would take effect from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2016.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
