The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Reproduction and Promotion of the Second Batch of Innovative Measures for Customs Supervision Service in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

The Shanghai Customs promulgated on 16 September 2014 a notice concerning the reproduction and promotion of the second batch of innovative measures for customs supervision service, which took effect on 16 September 2014.  A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
