The Mainland of China : Notice on Suspending the Acceptance of Applications for Processing Trade Imports of Solar-grade Polysilicon

The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs promulgated a notice on 14 August 2014 to announce that acceptance of applications for processing trade imports of solar-grade polysilicon (under the customs commodity codes of 2804619012, 2804619013, 2804619092 and 2804619093) will be suspended with effect from 1 September 2014. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
