The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Cancelling the Bonded Policy on Import of Steel under Processing Trade

The Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 2 July 2014 a notice concerning cancelling the bonded policy on import of steel under processing trade. The tariff and import value-added tax would be levied starting from 31 July 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
