Commercial Information Circular No. 585/2014

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Investigations and Checkups (Consultation Draft for Revision)"

The Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council issued a notice on 11 June 2014 to seek public comments on the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Customs Investigations and Checkups (Consultation Draft for Revision)".  The deadline is 11 July 2014.  A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
