The Mainland of China : "Implementation Measures on the '4 Systems' for Establishing Opening Economy, Upgrading and Restructuring of Dongguan"
The Dongguan Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 26 May 2014 to promulgate the "Implementation Measures on Establishing the Integrated Service System for the Industrial Upgrading of Small and Medium Processing Trade Enterprises of Dongguan", "Implementation Measures on Establishing the Integrated Service System for the Domestic Sales of Small and Medium Processing Trade Enterprises of Dongguan", "Implementation Measures on Establishing the Management Service System of Processing Trade of Dongguan" and "Implementation Measures on Establishing the Open Supervisory System of Processing Trade of Dongguan", which are overall known as the "Implementation Measures on the '4 Systems' for Establishing Opening Economy, Upgrading and Restructuring of Dongguan" and took effect until 31 December 2016. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
