India : Initiation of Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Duty on Flax Fabrics
originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 15/2010 of 7 January 2010, the Indian Government issued a notification to announce the initiation of a sunset review regarding anti-dumping duty on flax fabrics originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. 2. Details of the review are summarised as follows –(a) Date of Notification | : | 10 March 2014 | |
(b) Product Coverage | : | Flax Fabric falling under sub-heading 5309 of India's First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, originating in or exported from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China | |
(c) Period of Investigation | : | The period of review investigation is 1 October 2012 to 30 September 2013. | |
(d) Submission of Information | : |
The affected exporters and other interested parties may submit relevant information and make their views known in writing within 40 days from 10 March 2014. The Bureau is responsible for, among others, conducting antidumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
