The Ministry of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Customs have recently issued a notice announcing the revised "2014 Catalogue of Toxic Chemicals Strictly Restricted from Import and Export", which took effect on 1 January 2014. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
