The Mainland of China : The Decision on the Abolishment of 5 items of Provincial Regulations Including the "Regulations on the Foreign Processing and Assembling Business of Guangdong Province"
The Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress (SCGDPC) issued on 26 November 2014 a notice to promulgate the decision on the abolishment of 5 items of provincial regulations including the "Regulations on the Foreign Processing and Assembling Business of Guangdong Province", which will take effect from the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
