The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Rules of Origin for New Items of Goods Entitled to Zero Tariff Preference Under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" and Its Related Issues
The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GAC) issued a notice on 2 December 2014 to promulgate the rules of origin for new items of goods entitled to zero tariff preference under the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" (CEPA), which will take effect on 1 January 2015, and make amendments to the rules of origin for certain items of goods currently entitled to zero tariff preference under the CEPA. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) or the notice (available in Chinese only).
2.For details of the "CEPA Rules of Origin for Goods Applying for Zero Tariff in the Second Half of 2014", please refer to CIC No. 1023/2014 dated 28 November 2014.
