Commercial Information Circular No. 962/2013

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Issuance of Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 37 Items of the General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission

The General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission have recently issued a notice to approve the material consumption rate for processing trade on 37 items, which will take effect on 10 December 2013. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
