Commercial Information Circular No. 402/2013

The Mainland of China : "Implementation Rules of the Administrative Measures on Import and Export of Explosive Articles for Civilian Use"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 18 February 2013 to promulgate the "Implementation Rules of the Administrative Measures on Import and Export of Explosive Articles for Civilian Use", which took effect on the date of promulgation. The notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.Among the documents mentioned in the Appendix, please refer to CIC No. 268/2012 dated 11 April 2012 for details of the "Administrative Measures on Import and Export of Explosive Articles for Civilian Use".
