Commercial Information Circular No. 371/2013

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Approval of Implementation of Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 27 Items of the General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission

The General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission have recently approved the material consumption rate for processing trade on 27 items, which will take effect on 17 June 2013. The details (available in Chinese only) are attached as Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
