The Mainland of China : Decision on Delegating the Pilot Adjustment of Certain Administrative Examination and Approval Items Prescribed by Law in the Guangdong Province to the State Council by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has recently promulgated the decision on delegating the pilot adjustment of certain administrative examination and approval items prescribed by law in the Guangdong Province to the State Council. The adjustments concerned will be implemented on a pilot basis for three years. A copy of the decision is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
