The Mainland of China : "Administrative Provisions on Environmental Protection of Waste Plastic Imports"

The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a notice on 18 January 2013 to promulgate the "Administrative Provisions on Environmental Protection of Waste Plastic Imports", which will take effect from 1 April 2013. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
