The Mainland of China : Application Guide for the Special Fund for Upgrading and Restructuring of Processing Trade of Dongguan

The Dongguan Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau and the Dongguan Finance Bureau have recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Application Guide for the Special Fund for Upgrading and Restructuring of Processing Trade of Dongguan" ("Application Guide"). A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference and the "Application Guide" can be downloaded from the website of the Dongguan Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau at:
