The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) published on 23 December 2013 a public notice on the Third Batch of National Professional Foreign Trade Restructuring and Upgrading Demonstration Bases until 27 December 2013. Different views could be reflected to the Department of Foreign Trade of MOC. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
