The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 42 Items

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued a notice on 4 June 2012 concerning the material consumption rate for processing trade on 42 items, which will take effect on 15 July 2012.
