The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Personal Income Tax Policy for Injured Workers Getting Compensation from Employment Injury Insurance

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the personal income tax policy for injured workers getting compensation from employment injury insurance, which took effect from 1 January 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2. For details of the "Regulations on Employment Injury Insurance", please refer to CIC No. 611/2010 dated 28 December 2010. For details of the "Law on Personal Income Tax of the People's Republic of China", please refer to CIC No. 417/2011 dated 11 July 2011.
