The Mainland of China : New Measures on Simplifying Outward Processing Procedures and Promoting Facilitation of Domestic Sales for Processing Trade

According to the Guangdong Sub-Administration of China Customs, Guangdong Province introduced on 11 May 2012 new measures to simplify outward processing procedures and to promote facilitation of domestic sales for the processing trade, including waiving guarantee for outward processing across customs districts, consolidated approval for outward processing, and expanding the scope of consolidated declaration for domestic sales of processing trade goods.
