The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Import and Export of Explosive Articles for Civilian Use"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Customs have recently promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Import and Export of Explosive Articles for Civilian Use", which will take effect from 1 September 2012.
